His Life, His Works, His Impact Ernest Hemingway was more than just a writer, he was an adventurer, an explorer and a family man. This site will explore his life and his works - extending beyond the traditional literary review and gossip that is often attached to Hemingway's life and work, and instead seeks to find out what made this man tick. In the Life section you will find his basic biography, and under Works you will find a brief rundown of the works he completed during his life. The Comments section at present holds some excellent personal recollections from Hemingway's sister about the man as a writer and as a human being, while the Impact page contains quotes and comments from modern writers who have been influenced in some way by Hemingway's work. Finally the Resource section contains a complete list of Hemingway's works published during and after his death and as well as further biographical titles concerned with different facets of Hemingway's life.
